What kinds of stationery are you offering?
Basically, we offer many different kinds of stationery, including earsers, files, envelope files and pens. (more products will be coming soon.) You are easily search for all products in our search engine by entering keywords. Or, you can simply click on "Categories" on the top right hand corner of our website to find out more about our products of different catergories.

Does your company provide any other services?
Yes. Apart from stationery, we also provide invitation card printing services. Templates can be found in our product category "Invitation Card Printing".

How can I pay for the products?
We accept 4 payment methods: 1. Money Order 2. Cashier's Check 3. Peronal Check 4. Cash (paid on delivery) For method 1. to 3., please write "Pretty Good Stationery" as reciever and mail it by post to "123 ABC Road, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong" After your order form is submitted, you will recieve a confirmation email for your order. Please check your order information, especially your e-mail and mail address, carefully, because we will contact you through e-mail if there is any problem with the order and deliver the product to your mail address. After verifying the order information, you are required to send us your Money Order, Cashier's Check or Peronal Check (depending which methods you have chosen) immdediately to minimize the delivery time. Once we have recieved the money order or check, the ordered products will be delivered to your stated address. For method 4. (Cash): After your order form is submitted, you will recieve a confirmation email for your order. Please check your order information, especially your e-mail and mail address, carefully, because we will contact you through e-mail if there is any problem with the order and deliver the product to your mail address. You are required to pay for the products in cash when the ordered products are delivered to your mail address.

What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
You are ONLY required to provide us your name (for verification on delivery), your mail address, your e-mail address and your phone number. You are NOT REQUIRED to provide us your credit card number, passwords or other personal information.
